the construction of another full store remodel for Walmart in Maysville, KY. The remodel included open store renovation of the entire sales floor, exterior re-imaging and refurbishing many stockroom and receiving facilities. |

VENTURE ONE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS NEW PROJECT
Construction began in April 2010 on a new GFS Marketplace store in the Kenwood area of Cincinnati. The project includes tenant buildout with the Shoppes of Kenwood with new flooring, HVAC, new offices, extensive refrigeration and receiving facilities. Completion expected in June 2010. |
